Wow, this is tough. On PC Premier you have to either mismanage your team handling, or perform very bad to be fired
Mismanage - Bad finances, or too few players (contracts and this)
Bad Performance - Say take Promotion team to relegation or Champions to relegation, but say Promotion to Mid Table you would not be fired.
Very strange indeed.
