Buenas, descargue el editor de PCFutbol7 y luego de que hice las ediciones, las guarde y ahora cuando quiero comenzar un nuevo juego me sale que el juego no puede continuar. no llego ni a la parte de elegir equipos.
alguna solucion?

Si no hiciste copia de seguridad la única solución es reinstalar el juego
